It is an honor to serve the students, staff, and surrounding community of Burton School District as your superintendent.  I am proud of the work that our staff does on a daily basis to provide a high quality education for the diverse needs of our students.  We follow our mission on a daily basis to empower the whole child to be college and world ready.  Educating the whole child means being very intentional about providing many academic, extra-curricular, and social-emotional learning opportunities for our students.

Our district is on a continuous improvement journey to create the best possible experience for our students.  The #BurtonExperience is one that engages students through many unique opportunities at our nine school sites, which include dual immersion, International Baccalaureate (I.B.), Leader in Me, and GATE to name a few.  In addition, we believe in equipping all of our students with technology to take their learning to new levels.  We invite you to reach out to any one of our schools and see what opportunities are available for your family.
